By the Grace of the Empire and the Light of the Noble Cause

ONEXO THE FIRST,
Emperor of All the Realms of the Good Naty Empire,
Sovereign of the United Digital Crowns, Guardian of the Noble Word, Protector of Beauty and Prosperity Among Peoples,

To all the sovereigns, nobles, citizens and allied peoples of the Empire, and especially to the loyal inhabitants of the Kingdom of Argentina, I proclaim the following:

Whereas the Kingdom of Argentina, founded by Decree No. 15 of this Empire, has flourished in spirit and structure;

Whereas the Argentine people, rich in talent, courage, and creativity, merit a sovereign who shall embody their strength, wisdom, and luminous cultural inheritance;

Whereas the commercial, artistic, literary and ecological potential of the Kingdom requires a noble heart and sovereign hands to guide its blossoming in honor and dignity;

I do hereby decree and proclaim:

Article I – On the Appointment of the Monarch

I hereby name, appoint, and crown as Sovereign Monarch of the Kingdom of Argentina, with all honors, responsibilities, and dignities proper to such title, to:

HER MAJESTY SUR CELESTE OF ARGENTINA

Article II – On the Powers and Role of Her Majesty

Her Majesty Sur Celeste shall be the Head of the Cultural and Commercial Crown of the Kingdom of Argentina.

She shall preside over:

The spiritual unity of the Argentine people within the Kingdom
The cultural flourishing of literature, arts, crafts, and traditions
The development and protection of authentic Argentine products
The organization and promotion of small family and individual enterprises
The noble expansion of ecological and cultural tourism
The dignified presence of the Kingdom in all matters of representation

Her Majesty shall work in harmony with the Council of the Kingdom and shall receive direct support from the Imperial Office whenever necessary.

Article III – On the Royal Attributes and Styles

From the date of this decree, Her Majesty shall be recognized by the full title:

Her Majesty Sur Celeste of Argentina, Queen of the Southern Crown, Lady of the Pampas, Guardian of the Noble Crafts, and Sovereign of the Cultural Pathways of the South.

She shall bear the Royal Standard of Argentina, and all official correspondence and ceremonial acts shall respect her station and titles.

Article IV – On the Seal and Recognition

A Royal Seal of the Kingdom of Argentina shall be prepared in gold and sky blue, and shall include the emblem of the Southern Star and the flowering ceibo, national blossom of Argentina.

The imperial court, the councils of the Empire, and all members of the Good Naty nobility shall recognize her sovereignty, extending her the ceremonial honors due to a reigning monarch.

Article V – On the Date and Celebrations

The appointment of Her Majesty Sur Celeste shall be commemorated annually as the Day of the Southern Crown, to be celebrated across the Empire in recognition of feminine leadership, cultural sovereignty, and the luminous strength of the Argentine people.

So let it be known across all Realms, Noble Courts, and Digital Kingdoms that Her Majesty Sur Celeste now reigns, not as fiction nor fantasy, but as Sovereign Heart of a people noble in soul, strong in heritage, and radiant in creative destiny.
