Foundational Version – Year I of the Good Naty Empire

Preamble

We, the founders, dreamers, and builders of the Kingdom of Argentina, inspired by the cultural, natural, and human legacy of the peoples who inhabit this vast and diverse land, proclaim this Constitution to organize our Kingdom as a sovereign entity in the digital realm, committed to beauty, creativity, regional identity, and respect for ancestral and popular cultures.

We recognize as our supreme authority the Constitution of the Good Naty Empire, to whose vision of symbolic union among peoples and wisdoms we freely, voluntarily, and consciously adhere.

As of this act of foundation, we declare the Kingdom of Argentina to be a symbolic, cultural, and creative digital nation, without claims of physical power, whose sovereignty is exercised exclusively over the online properties that constitute its territory.

Title I – Of the Kingdom and Its Nature

Article 1.
The Kingdom of Argentina is a sovereign digital unit, a member of the Good Naty Empire, exercising its cultural, geographic, and historical identity through websites, content networks, creative communities, and symbolic systems.

Article 2.
The Kingdom does not claim physical territorial jurisdiction over the Argentine State or any other State. Its existence is symbolic and spiritual, and its sphere of action is limited to the digital spaces that constitute it.

Article 3.
The Kingdom of Argentina is politically organized following a structure inspired by noble traditions adapted to the digital and creative context. It is composed of Principalities, Duchies, Counties, Baronies, and Lordships, without disregarding the geopolitical reality of the physical world.

Title II – Of Digital Sovereignty

Article 4.
The sovereignty of the Kingdom of Argentina is exercised exclusively over its online properties, such as websites, social networks, content platforms, knowledge repositories, and community spaces linked to the project of the Good Naty Empire.

Article 5.
All cultural, artistic, craft, literary, visual, sound, educational, or communicational expression carried out in the Kingdom's digital spaces shall be considered part of its symbolic heritage.

Article 6.
Strategic decisions, territorial updates, and public declarations of the Kingdom shall always be in harmony with the Constitution of the Good Naty Empire, from which this charter is derived and to which it is subordinate.

Title III – Of Citizenship in the Kingdom

Article 7.
Citizens of the Kingdom of Argentina are all individuals who actively and voluntarily contribute to the development, growth, care, or beautification of the Kingdom in any of the following ways:

  • Designing, programming, or managing digital platforms associated with the Kingdom

  • Creating art, music, dance, literature, fashion, crafts, or other cultural expressions related to the symbolic Argentine territory

  • Producing audiovisual content, podcasts, publications, or chronicles related to the Kingdom or its values

  • Writing books, guides, articles, or stories that strengthen the cultural identity of its symbolic territories

  • Running or managing small family or individual businesses that promote cultural, ecological, gastronomic, or creative tourism

  • Actively participating in educational, social, or cultural promotion initiatives organized by the Kingdom

Article 8.
Citizenship is inclusive and plural. It requires no bureaucratic procedure. It is based on the affective, symbolic, and productive bond with the Kingdom and may be freely assumed and celebrated by anyone who embraces its values and contributes to its existence.

Article 9.
The Kingdom shall grant honorary titles, symbolic distinctions, and public mentions to citizens who stand out for their dedication, creativity, or positive impact on the Kingdom's development.

Title IV – Fundamental Values

Article 10.
The Kingdom of Argentina is founded upon the following pillars:

  • Respect for the cultural, linguistic, ethnic, and territorial diversity of the Argentine people

  • Promotion of sustainable, ecological, community-based, and solidarity-driven ways of life

  • Defense of ancestral cultures, indigenous wisdoms, and popular art

  • Creativity as a mode of existence, expression, and transformation of the world

  • Digital inclusion, free education, and access to knowledge

  • Imagination as a right and as the motor of symbolic sovereignty

Title V – On the Coat of Arms, Flag, and Symbols

Article 11.
The Kingdom of Argentina may adopt its own symbols, anthem, colors, and emblems, which shall be freely and jointly used among its citizens as signs of identity and symbolic belonging.

Article 12.
These symbols shall have no legal status or official standing outside the symbolic realm and their use shall always comply with the laws of the nations where their citizens reside.

Title VI – On Government and Internal Organization

Article 13.
The Kingdom shall be governed by a symbolic coordinating body whose role is to guide, safeguard, and foster the cultural, ethical, and aesthetic expansion of the Kingdom. This body may be called the Royal Council of the Kingdom of Argentina.

Article 14.
The Royal Council may appoint honorary digital nobles (Princes, Dukes, Counts, Barons, Lords, among others) as a means of recognizing contributions to the symbolic regions of the Kingdom. These titles are honorary and bear no legal privileges.

Final Provision

This Constitution may be expanded, annotated, and enriched by contributions from the citizens of the Kingdom and shall be published as a public document on the official digital platforms of the Good Naty Empire.
